Needs More Practice

Here are my latest cake pictures. Chocolate cake w/ chocolate frosting. Yum. Dots are difficult to do without making tiny little turds, or mini hershey kiss shaped things. And I need to practice my zig zags more. Fortunately I have some leftover frosting that is doomed to end it's life one some paper for just that purpose.

I think it's a beautiful cake. Chocolate has a beauty of it's own.

I think that it is very nice...but how do you survive with all those cakes around the house? I have so little will power...

Do you make any of them gluten free?

Survive? Who says I'm surviving? He he he. Last week's cake got taken to a bake sale at Church, and this week's cake will be shared w/ dinner guests (there will be 13 of us around the table so we'll each have a modest slice).

gluten free? Who's gluten free? Bethany, as part of her therapy stuff has been working on normalizing her eating and the gluten free thing was anxiety related. She's fine eating gluten. Thank God for that.
