1 onion, chopped
a bit of coconut oil, sautee onion
package of frozen cauliflower
family pack of frozen green beans
1 T. salt
liberal sprinkling of italian seasonings
1 large can of diced tomoatoes
1 gallon of water.
Bring to boil. Boil until veggies are tender. Eat and be bored. Mmmm, lenten, low carb and nutritious!
