Bowl o' Boredom

1 onion, chopped
a bit of coconut oil, sautee onion
add:

package of frozen cauliflower
family pack of frozen green beans
1 T. salt
crushed garlic
liberal sprinkling of italian seasonings
1 large can of diced tomoatoes
1 gallon of water.

Bring to boil. Boil until veggies are tender. Eat and be bored. Mmmm, lenten, low carb and nutritious!

My latest "Thanks God" is definitely also a "thanks Alana". I finally tried your Lenten cauliflower clam chowder and not only did I enjoy it, but every member of my family (except the baby) tried it--and no-one hated it! Two kids compared it to forms of potatoes. DH did say that it still tasted like fish, but at least it was mild (he is sooo not a fan of fish!). They finished the modest amounts I served them WITHOUT complaining. I will definitely make this again (and dish up larger servings). Thank you, thank you, thank you.
