Have heart, Alana! Hopefully this parish will become home, too. I tend to be frightened by both new churches and large ones, but Communion at least is comforting, right? I'm sure the St Athanasius parish misses you too.
i feel for you. it takes time and this is normal; when i left my first church, st. Herman's it was very painful... will pray for you today about this. hugs.
