Healthier Cornbread (less fat and more nutrition!)

1 cup corn meal
1/2 cup oats (food processored)
1/2 quinoa flakes
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup splenda or sweetener of choice
2 eggs
1 15 oz. can of plain pumpkin
1/2 can of water

Mix all together and bake in a sprayed cast iron skillet at 425 F. until done.
